Delivery Terms

  1. AMSER shall guarantee both the quality of receiving and executing orders for products and the quality of performing services at all times.
  2. The address provided by the customer to AMSER will be considered the delivery address.
  3. Subject to the provisions of Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, AMSER shall execute the agreements as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be executed (partially), the customer will be notified within fourteen days after placing the order. In such cases, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement without any costs.
  4. In the event of termination as mentioned in paragraph 3 of this article, AMSER shall refund the amount paid by the customer as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after termination.
  5. If the delivery of a ordered product is not possible, AMSER shall notify the customer and revise the agreement.
  6. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with AMSER until the moment of delivery at the address provided by the customer to AMSER, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  7. If the customer receives a damaged product, the customer must report this as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours, via email to info@amser.nl using the contact form, with clear photos attached.

 

Payment Terms

  1. Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, amounts owed by the customer must be paid within fourteen days of the invoice date.
  2. The customer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated to AMSER.
  3. Payment is made exclusively via IDEAL, unless otherwise agreed.
