Returns and exchanges

At AMSER, we take pride in our products and are confident in the quality we deliver. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason. On this page, we are pleased to inform you about the options and possibilities we offer.

Returns

Not to your liking, not fitting, or not meeting your expectations?

If the product is not what you were looking for, you can return it free of charge, provided it is in proper condition. The shipping costs involved will be covered by AMSER. If the product does not fit but another watch seems more suitable, please refer to the “exchanges” section.

Damaged

Please send us some photos via email showing the condition of your watch and its packaging. AMSER will assess the condition of your watch and proceed accordingly. If the watch is in acceptable condition, we will accept it, and the shipping costs will be covered by AMSER.

If the watch and/or packaging are in a condition that makes it unacceptable for return, we will determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or due to customer mishandling. In the latter case, the costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of a defect due to incorrect delivery or another mistake on our part, we advise contacting us first before returning the product. If another solution is available, returning may not be necessary.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order for any of the following reasons: wrong size, incorrect order, wrong band, etc., you can return your order within 30 days. AMSER will ensure the product is exchanged for the correct one. The product must be undamaged and unused, in its original condition.

The quickest and easiest way is to return the order and request a refund. You can then immediately order another item from our webshop, and once we have received the return, the amount will be refunded.

How does the return process work?

You can return your order to the address below with our return form. Please fill it out as completely as possible. If you are unable to send a printed form, a handwritten note with the required information will suffice. This information will help us process your return more quickly and easily. Ensure that your order is well-packaged and sufficiently stamped for return.

Important aspects to include on the form:

  • Order number/invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Return within thirty days of receipt
  • Include an undamaged product
